A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT MYSELF:

Among my other novels are The Alice Factor, a thriller about diamonds in the Second World War, The Hiding Place, a psychological thriller, as are The Third Story and The Toy Shop, while The Watcher, though it has thriller aspects, is very much a mystery.

Among those for young people are the Rolly series: Danger on the River, which was written and published years before the environmental movement became fashionable, then Spies for Dinner, and Murder in the Market. Also there are earlier books: Theft of Gold, a mystery centred around a robbery that actually happened while I was at the University of Toronto doing my B.A.Sc. Translated into Norse, it was titled Guilty Verdict. And then there is the first, The Odd-Lot Boys and the Tree-Fort War, which was reprinted several times and optioned for a film. (The St-Cyr/Kohler series was optioned for a TV series.)

There are also my non-fiction books, of which I remain immensely proud, especially The Great Canadian Outback, which is a geology and scenery of Canada written for everyone, and for which I took virtually all of the photos. Same, too, for Geology and the New Global Tectonics, a senior high, first-year university text, and Rocks, Minerals and Fossils, an intro, hands-on text for grades seven and eight.

But let me leave you with the following list which gives the lengths, dates published, reprints, foreign rights translations, paperback editions and such, and wish everyone the very best.
